Our „Blockhaus Seeblick“ is lovely situated on the Gerlitzen Alpe with a breath-taking view over the lake Ossiacher See and the Karawanken-Mountains. – You can enjoy your holidays at every time around the year.
The house is built at 900m of altitude (over the fog of the lake) on the sunny side of the hill.
To the the village Bodensdorf there are only 5km by car – the first ski-lift is about 10 minutes by car away – there is a possibility to go to the slopes by Mini-Bus transfert
For our summer-guests we offer our own beach directly in Bodensdorf at the lake Ossiachersee. The lake is one of the cleanest lakes of Carinthia.

In our „Blockhaus Seeblick“ we offer 3 Holiday-Apartments.

• Nr. 3 is the most exclusive and there is space for 4 persons.
  This apartment is on first floor.
• Nr. 2 is for 2 persons or you can connect it with apartment Nr. I
• Nr. 1 has space for 6 persons.

For your car or bike we have a big double garage in the basement.

We offer for you breakfast service, Catering (fondue, raclette) from our hotel. There is also the possibility to book arrangements with breakfast or half-board in our hotel.

Our a la carte restaurant offers you also the possibility to eat in our new wintergarten with candle-light or on our lake-view terrace.  Our cuisine is well known in the whole region and we offer a large variety of food. In our “Panormama-Stadl – old farmhouse” we offer very often music and dance events.
